Air Shifter

We now carry shifter system components based on the systems that were used on the Cal Poly Pomona cars 1996-2000.  These systems proved very reliable if the wiring was done properly and the fittings and hoses didn’t leak.  Attention to detail and good materials and practices made the previous two systems trouble free at 7 different competitions. 

There is a page of notes and observations that answers most questions that have come up. On a school race team that uses a CO2 system everyone that touches the car should read this over.  The sytems are very simple and reliable, but can also be easy to screw up due to lack of experience and ignoring the details
