I now have a 34 degree cutter per Torsen spec and  carry two different splined bars.  Each bar has a pair of splined ends. 

The first bar is made from 3 3/4 dia 4340 and is intended for making entire stub axle and CV mounting flange or stub axle and tripod housing in one unit

Second bar is made from 1 3/4 diameter 4130 and is intended to be welded to flanges for custom drivelines
