The paddle assembly incorporates a ten wire MIL-spec plug. Four wires are dedicated for shifter operation, four more for the momentary switches, and two extra wires. The momentary switches are waterproof and have gold contacts for low resistance. The harness uses a MIL-C-26482 12-10 connector pre-wired with ten feet of color coordinated 20 gage UL-1569 hook-up wire. Available in wall-mount or hanging recepticle.

Left paddle has staged travel. After 1/4" of travel, clutch is activated. After 1/2" of travel, secondary spring demands a firmer pull, giving the driver a "feel" of the shift about to take place. After 7/8" of travel, shift solenoid is activated.
